Nice, one, Bowman 🇸🇪. Garmin's software people for localization need to brush up their Swedish a bit, by the look of it :)

I think all this technology and data is fascinating and interesting, not many do apparently 🤣

NordRunner what did I miss?

I also updated last night to last Beta, after I posted the running power post.
And now I have native running power instead. Should be interesting, I mean what’s the difference.
(Not really use running power though, I go by HR, but fun to look at some times)

I was just thinking of the title itself on the screenshot - running power - but perhaps I'm being overly sensitive.

That's not a translation is it? It's what it's called isn't it?

My aside remark was that the interface, even though set to Swedish, is displaying partly in English, even when there are established terms for parts like «running power», for example, polar.com

I tried Garmins guided breathing/ meditation on my 245 today whilst having to wait for something.

Got about 10 minutes logged and it added +9 stress! I'm not sure how long it runs if not interrupted.

I might try again another time. Does anyone use this feature?

Occasionally, but it's just a guided breathing exercise really, and if I need to calm myself I will do that by counting heartbeats (3 each for in/hold/out/hold, moving to 4 as the heart rate slows so that the cycle gets slower and more relaxed). And the default setup is longer than I usually need to unwind - it ends up stressing me because I feel that I should be stopping and getting on with whatever I was worrying about in the first place.

With the whole HRV coming to the Fenix 6 and other watches thing, what they don't say in the articles I have seen is to get the overnight stats you would have to sleep wearing a chest strap which seems ridiculous. Have I missed the point?
