On this is 'set a target' where you can put a time and distance to run against. Also there is ‘race an activity' where you can race against the previous 10K activity if you load it to your watch.

On my Epix 2 over the last 10 days it does not seem to be able to go above 50 and im clocking pretty high stress day and night. I thought i had covid, but tests came out negative and i can keep running normally (even if w/ significantly high HR). Maybe it’s the heat, maybe I had a bout of covid a couple of weeks ago w/o noticing… or maybe the algo needs resetting?
