As you can't exit an activity to view widgets on the 645 (and potentially other models, I don't know) I'd like to see whether a DataField for barcodes could be created as a ConnectIQ custom screen so I could toggle through the page to potentially use it for parkrun purposes. It's a truly minor issue, in that I like to wait the 2 minutes before the recovery HR is displayed / recorded before exiting the run, so I'd be waiting 2 minutes* between collecting token and scanning if I ever needed my watch barcode in the new electronic scanning world. *My local funnels finishers to token and then to scanners without the option to "roam free" between, unlike many others.
chunkywizard Nov 2021 9:53am, 24 Nov 2021 12,979 posts	chunkywizard larkim, I believe is a limitation of the CIQ API on various models. It just isn't possible. If you want a better explanation I know a CIQ developer and can ask.
