Gromit Jun 2021 12:02pm, 4 Jun 2021 1,630 posts	Gromit ok you guys talking about garmin pay got me thinking about getting down with the youth only problem is when i go to garmin connect for my Fenix 5X there is no option for garmin pay where it should be ? any ideas anyone ?

Northern Exile Jun 2021 3:07pm, 4 Jun 2021 7,708 posts	Northern Exile Well, that's been a bit of a fail - I couldn't register my new Curve card in the Connect App, a quick bit of googling tells me I'm not the only one. Can anyone who might have experienced a similar problem point out the error of my ways? Do you have to wait until you get the physical card in your hands and see how your name is portrayed?

quimby Jun 2021 12:13am, 5 Jun 2021 4,799 posts	quimby I just set up a Curve account as a backup for my Starling card. During the setup it asked for "your name as it would appear on your passport". I just used Firstname Lastname. I then used the same format when registering the card in Garmin Pay. That worked for me. (Don't get me started on why every account/card has a different variation on my name; X X Lastname, Ms X Lastname, Ms X X Lastname, Firstname Lastname, Ms Firstname X Lastname...)
