MisterTea May 2021 4:11pm, 16 May 2021 5,781 posts	MisterTea Is there an easy way to set up a pyramid session on Garmin Connect - or do you have to enter every section separately? 200m / rest / 400m / rest / 800m / rest etc up to 1200m and then back down again. I can't find a way even to copy the rest sections
Sigh May 2021 4:47pm, 16 May 2021 9,269 posts	Sigh I think you have to enter every section separately if it's for a pyramid session. GC only seems to allow repeats of identical sections.
