I can see that (I have the default grey head and shoulders), but that takes me to a page that says my name ("Ian", not my username), and below that, three options - Activity, Stats, and About. If I click the latter, it shows me age, gender, height, weight etc - but no username.
SPR Apr 2021 11:21am, 28 Apr 2021 34,051 posts	SPR Would sign in email work? Can you have two garmin accounts linked to the same email address? Not sure I can find it but it would be easier to remember (it took me a while to remember I actually have a Garmin username).

I've sussed out a very long-winded method, that involves More... > Settings > App Diagnostics [on the app]; and View Profile, then look at the URL [on the GC site] If the user comes back with two different Garmin usernames, then my initial theory is right.

Another way I presume you've already found is asking the user to check connected apps under settings as Fetch should be listed there.
Oranj Apr 2021 11:58am, 28 Apr 2021 2,581 posts	Oranj I'd struggle to work it out on a phone, but on the GC webpage, if you click on 'View Profile', the URL of that Profile page includes your GC user name.
chunkywizard Apr 2021 12:11pm, 28 Apr 2021 11,910 posts	chunkywizard you could ask them to go to More in the bottom right of the app, then to Settings then Sign Out. Then if, when they log i, they use 'Switch Accounts' it with give them a username and password dialogue.
