The_Saint Feb 2021 1:26pm, 22 Feb 2021 6,749 posts	The_Saint @Sam When I first had problems with the 245 I used a chest strap for a few runs and this gave me values in line with what I was used to, when I bought the Polar, this agreed very well with the chest strap. I suppose a simple way of characterising the problem is that my Garmin Training Effect yesterday was 4.4 Aerobic 3.1 Anaerobic connect.garmin.com For this run with this effort I would normally see ~3.0 Aerobic ~0.1 Anaerobic @Larkim I have always gone along with the instructions to have a watch with optical as tight as possible without being silly - to the extent that the strap mounting lug broke on my 645 which appears to be a common fault. I was watching my HR on the 245 during the run (which I don't normally do, I generally don't look at it at all) and saw the silly spikes. I would say though that I do tend to speed up near the end of a run, just a habit thing.

Sushi. Feb 2021 1:53pm, 27 Feb 2021 26,077 posts	Sushi. I have a 735XT It’s uploaded one of today’s runs fine but not the other. I’ve rechecked the accounts are linked. How do I get it across to fetch now? Please bear in mind that I’m pretty illiterate in IT stuff I have no idea what a TCX GPX etc are or where to find them. Please use words of one syllable or less!
