chunkywizmas Dec 2020 4:52pm, 18 Dec 2020 10,855 posts	chunkywizmas On the 235 you need to connect via ANT+ so the arm OHR needs to support that. There was a discussion a few pages back with some suggestions I believe.

SPR Dec 2020 5:54pm, 18 Dec 2020 32,568 posts	SPR Gobi - I think the 245 might be ok for easy runs but it was terrible racing so why waste time trying to find the cutoff effort point? Polar OH1+ here. DCR and Larkim recommended. Lots of discussion over the last few pages

Wouldn't mind having a watch with day to day HR monitoring, but wouldn't have any expectation that a watch would be as reliable as the OH1+ for recording just about every beat.
