I’m sure it will come in handy 😆 I think I’d accidentally (how? - it takes a few button presses) caught the settings buttons and language had move to the next one in the option list. Google helped work out where to find the language setting so I could switch it back.

I learned better eventually - her trick was to borrow it when you were off to the bar to buy a round and your judgement was impaired already

For those up you ending up with duuplicate activities, you can tell which is which as long as you have previously viewed the manually imported one, because that is what makes fetch fetch the ascent and descent data. So delete the activity with the same date and time which has a red exclamation mark in the Asc field
