I have tried the two different USB ports and also powered on and off the Garmin but still no joy. The Garmin is charging through the cable/computer so this connection appears to be working.

fetcheveryone Oct 2018 3:50pm, 17 Oct 2018 20,007 posts	fetcheveryone This is a bit of an old thread, but it's the one with the most watchers. I've renamed it to simply 'Garmin' as a way to cover all eventualities, questions etc. If you've got a Garmin, stick this one on your watch list

Can anyone help me out here; I’ve got a Forerunner 30, and a couple of times I’ve been for a run and it says “GPS connected” but later uploads to Connect as a treadmill run with no route attached. V annoying as it won’t count for wsw etc. anyone else had this issue?

jennywren Nov 2018 3:12pm, 5 Nov 2018 15,085 posts	jennywren Utracat, that exact same thing happened to me last week but I've downloaded runs since then with no problem. Seems to be an intermittent fault at Garmin Express.
