Nelly, mine objects from time to time if I have two layers on. It doesn't like the combination of my extremely synthetic Hilly fluoro top and my gilet.

Thanks all... although I don't think now is the time to experiment with wearing just one top to see if the HRM works... I'm not that desperate for my HR stats!

ok problem

Up to 20th Dec Garmin had no problem on my laptop had no trouble uploading runs (few as they were) Anyhow went for run today and i get the message Garmin cannot be found so i go to the communicator test page upload the drivers still the same problem

page now says drivers installed ok but somehow garmin cannot be found

Any ideas

turn the lap top off, wait a minute, then turn it back on again. repeat if it still won't work.

as heebiejeebie said contacts. Wet finger and rub over contacts then dry sometimes the contacts clog up with sweat and can even corrode make sure you keep them clean

mine plays about all the time, i sometimes have to use the shut off and on method a few times before it works, it's just microsoft bugs lol
