I'm not sure what you mean exactly but to upload to Fetch from your Garmin go into "Add Training" under "Train"

:-) ta i'm ok with loading training buuut there was an add on toolbar for IE that had buttons linking directly to fetch for training (Hollybar) buuut having added the toolbar all buttons now lead to RunSaturday.com buuut just looked in training and you can load Garmin info direct sooo you have helped me achieve an answer :-) :-)

a quick question for any 305 experts ... i appear to have managed to get water under the cover, between it and the screen. how long before the watch dies now? how on earth did it get in (i was cycling in the rain so it is my fault but i thought they were supposed to be shower proof?)

Not long before it dies now I'm afraid. First symptom is usually the beep going. However this is a recognised design fault on the 305 and if you call Garmin they'll usually replace it for you. After all 305s are meant to be an outdoor waterproof product!
