I feel like I'm late to the party on this one, but finding it a useful measure if it means adapting my running style to take the pressure off my knees somewhat.

For me at the moment, I need to collect more data as I've only just acquired a watch that measures cadence and it seems to be giving me a range from 142-150 (that's a short recovery run at one end of the scale, and a c. 5k tempo at the other).

It's the stride length that's particularly piqued my interest, with the analysis giving a range of 125-137cm. Out of interest, Fetch (if you happen to be looking this way at some point), would there be a way of pooling anonymised data from multiple Fetchies that could yield some useful comparators?

Got something to say?
