Interesting Dio.

Hope your shoulder settled after your visit to your parent's WP.

Sorry to hear that Linds. Any more injections planned? I am back at clinic in six weeks for a possible top up and they talked about surgery if it isn't resolved.

How is it today, LMH?

Mine is not painful or limited enough for another injection, I don't think. I was discharged by the consultant and should have been by the physio but I had to miss the appt as I had Covid. I need a new job and not to work from home for my shoulders to have any chance of being resolved. It's not awful.

No different so far Linds :-(

Sorry to hear that you don't have any less drastic avenues open. I had to cancel my vaccinating shift today to rest it - a day doing that does not help with the pain level but I'm back in tomorrow.

Thanks Dio - that article is very useful. I will add it to the side bar when I am next on the computer.

Thanks LMH - the shoulder settled after a couple off days. Next parent trip is at the end of the month so will make sure I take some pain relief with me.

LMH - the injection took a few days before I had any benefit. Hope you do soon.

I am still waiting for my 2nd injection - ok at the moment but anything repetitive brings on the pain.

LindsD - sorry to hear you are suffering again.

Tender hugs for all who need one xx

Has anyone tried the heat patches overnight to help with pain relief/sleep?

About This Thread

I have recently commented on a thread about my dodgy shoulder and as it appears to be a common thing I thought I would start a new discussion (thanks to LindsD for the idea).

Anyhow I found this discussion from a few years back:

which I thought I would include for some info.
