Fray Bentos

I found it ok, but a lot of people I've spoken to seem to think they're amazing! They're not even a proper pie because they have no base. So I thought I'd widen my research base and what better place to find a bunch of rational and random opinions than Fetch. If you have an opinion, please voice it here. And if you don't then you need to try a Fray Bentos pie.
Nellers Nov 2019 1:18pm, 19 Nov 2019 35,266 posts	0 Nellers I have no recent experience but nothing but fond memories of FB pies. Grandma used to have them and I loved spending time with her and Grandad so I might not be a completely objective judge. I don't think I've had one since I was about 12.

I think we grew up on this sort of stuff, dad worked earlies, mum lates and sometimes, both, so speed was of the essence.
