Niggling back injury from last week has improved slightly......just in time to heal properly whilst I spend a couple of days in bed recovering from some viral throat lurgy. It's too far to travel to have a crap day so I've decided not to. Maybe next year. Good luck to you all. Have a great run.

It's along the main road from tesco towards the town there's a roundabout that takes you either down to the beach/sea, or up to the park gates... Take the park gates option for about 50 yards and the car park is down there...
