Daft question: does anyone know if there will be a water stop on this race?

I'd prefer not to carry water. Will be fine without, but not if it's unseasonably warm or sunny. :)

Good question Dawdles... I think there was at least one at the halfway point. I've never carried water for this race in the past two years, it's been neither warm or sunny!

i seem to recall 1 at about 3-4miles, then at the turn point 7-8 miles, then another at about 10.5 or so (the first one again iykwim)

assume it to be the same this year, surely!?

Not going to be able to make it to this race after all. Niggling back injury from last week has improved slightly......just in time to heal properly whilst I spend a couple of days in bed recovering from some viral throat lurgy. It's too far to travel to have a crap day so I've decided not to.

Maybe next year.

Good luck to you all. Have a great run. luck

oh no AC.

Quick question - is the start / HQ easy enough to find?

Yep old croc...

I dunno which direction you're coming from for your neck of the woods ... It's along the main road from tesco towards the town there's a roundabout that takes you either down to the beach/sea, or up to the park gates... Take the park gates option for about 50 yards and the car park is down there...

What time are we all arriving? I'm guilty of being far to early for races so I'll probably be there about 10.
