It was a really fetchtastic day out despite the shortcomings - I was just so shocked by how rude the RD was about the medals! The look on her face was so aggressive when she spoke to us. No need for that kind of attitude at all. Still, what goes around does tend to come around...

Interesting thoughts SillyFencer - it's funny how someone behind you can keep you steady, I had someone cling on to my heels at Moray marathon for about 10 miles and I found it quite comforting to have this mystery person pushing me forward. Afterwards he emailed me through my blog and apologised in case he'd been a nuisance! Far from it.

Son of a Pronator Man
Were those pictures on the website taken at the race ? When I think of Fraserburgh in mid-November, it's not blue sky and crop-tops.
