Forerunner 620 losing GPS

Hi, my forerunner 620 appears to have lost GPS after approx 4km of running. It's happened in the last 2 runs. The timer keeps going but the distance just stops ( yesterday at 3.87km) when I ran about 6/7 km. Garmin connect says updates are up to date. Is there a Control+Alt+Delete that I need to know about ?? Thanks Brandon |

Maybe try a factory reset, then update it to the latest version again?

My 610 does that from time to time. Last time and most annoyingly was at mile 11 in the Chester marathon leaving me in trouble ! A switch off and on, deleting history or reset seem to work |
