Force Garmin to push history

HellsBells Dec 2014 9:34am, 10 Dec 2014 18,388 posts	0 HellsBells don't know if this page will help at all? http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training-import-gcp.php when I plug my garmin in to upload, it gives me an option to import everything on the watch, but I don't know if it's possible to import historical data from the website that's no longer on the watch
