I'm pretty sure i'm fixed now (but never confident) . It's now 13 months since the last break . I've now changed the way i train and have got into tri. I'm not sure if i will do well in the Ultra's i want to do well in training this way but the alternative is to scary for now. Whatever you decide i hope it goes well. oh , not sure if this is true but i was told if you do have a break it will be very painful if you get ultra sound from your fizz . If true it might hurt for a few secs (obviously they would stop ) but it woudl be good to know. |

Foot update..... Feeling a little better. Doc said doesn't think it's stress fracture, just some bruising. Am going to use my cross trainer this weekend instead of a long run and save myself for Brighton next sunday. Thanks for all your advice!
