We had a tourist at parkrun last weekend who was wearing a folksworth finishing t from last year. He delighted in telling me about the different hills - esp. the long drag 😳

You'll be fine Minardi, I've looked at your recent races and seen you at some too and yes you will probably be in the last 25% but I doubt very much you'll be last and anyway it's all very friendly and we'll look after you - oxygen bottles standing by 😉

Sorry Hells, I have no idea but looking at OM's post above yours...... OM - I am used to being in the last 25% of a race so no big shock there!! but oxygen will be required, I'm sure
