I've run a marathon with a flip belt and used it to carry 7 gels without an issue. It is a little heavy with that many gels in but if you get one a size smaller than you would normally then it stays nice and snug.

On Sunday I ran a marathon with my FlipBelt for the first time.

Fully laden with 5 gels and first aid kit (compeeds, plasters, painkillers), obviously it felt a bit bulky pulling it on but once on the run it didn't budge an inch, it was easy to get to the contents and I pretty much forgot I was wearing it except when I needed the contents (sadly, including the painkillers this time!).

Thoroughly, heartily recommended.

I was given one for my Birthday - tested it with my phone & some keys last week - did not budge or bounce, I'd also heartily recommend :)
