FurryFeet Feb 2012 5:17pm, 15 Feb 2012 656 posts	0 FurryFeet Cazmo - there are a couple of tricks - the best one is find a group of people who plan to run a flat pace - looking for a sub-2 group shouldn't be too difficult. - personally, I quite like the virtual trainer that comes on most garmins. Set the pace you need, and just try to stay within a few seconds of that. Just bear in mind that garmins typically measure a course as long (technically, a HM course is at least 13.1miles) - so I use 13.2 miles as the distance.
