The Mussile
First swim of the year today. 4km including warmup in total in 90 mins as 800m intervals. First 800m interval was 16:10 4th was 18:50 so like swimming through treacle. Good starting point though |

I wish I had the ability to do 90 mins swim max is 50 thanks to covid or 35-40 as I need to change and get to work! |
