Nice work Lego. See, Ladies and Gentlemen, the benefits of spending some time in the pool (yes, Mr P, you can stop whistling and dragging your toe in the dirt).

Nice work everyone. I'm hoping to get to the pool tonight to do my others.

I've not made it back to the pool to repeat my 1km tt yet, but I've done an open water mile tonight. 29:52, not bad for an early season wetsuit swim, hopefully I can knock a bit off that when the weather warms up

Did my 100m in 1.31 this morning. Then the lane got a bit crowded to do the 750m. Hopefully do that tomorrow morning.

Bit of a Bathroom leak/kitchen renovation situation has meant little swimming, however if you could take my 400m time as 8.03, and I plan to nail the 100m and 750 tomorrow. Cheers CtF |
