I'll need to add it in. 2004 RFL and a 10k then nothing til 2008 RFL and others... haven't stopped since thank the lord! This was 2008 (inser horrified smilie!)

Then nothing until 2006 when I did the Amsterdam marathon because a) I wanted to run a marathon when I was 50 (I was 2 years late) and b) I was living in the Netherlands at the time. Since then the events have come along regularly.
