According to my Fetch Portfolio, Moray 10k 2004, but going by my medal rack (in chronological order) there was a Race4Life in 2004 before that. I'll need to add it in.

2004 RFL and a 10k
then nothing til 2008 RFL and others... haven't stopped since thank the lord!

This was 2008 (inser horrified smilie!)

Ipswich half marathon in 1982 which went over the soon to be opened Orwell Bridge. Then nothing until 2006 when I did the Amsterdam marathon because a) I wanted to run a marathon when I was 50 (I was 2 years late) and b) I was living in the Netherlands at the time. Since then the events have come along regularly.

Bolt Round The (Alice) Holt 5k and Clandon Park 10k in April 2009 and then nothing again till Sports Relief mile in March 2014 and the same 5k and 10k in April.
