Star x Apr 2011 1:44pm, 18 Apr 2011 1,951 posts	0 Star x hiya - well I have done my first marathon EVER!! 5hrs 33 mins at Lochaber. hot day and a lonely route - so maybe not the best choice for a first marathon as maybe others round about me could have kept me going - however it was a lovely weekend and am chuffed to bits how did everyone else get on with theirs!

Seriously well done John.... fab running and I hope the legs are OK. A short recovery run tomorrow or Thursday will really help the soreness fade away quicker if you can manage it.
