my first and early marathons over 20 years ago - a few were blighted by nerves, some bad, could'nt eat properly, affected my performance, - one year at New forest ithink, nerves made me stop for toilet and i never got going again so, message is try and relax and breath nicely - listen to music, do what ever good luck seriously |

cheers - I am nervous - but in a good way - just desperate to get it done now since its been just over 5 months in the planning - and cant wait to find out how I get on - and to be able to say that I've done it
