First marathon EVER in April 2011

Keefley Oct 2010 12:40pm, 15 Oct 2010 251 posts	0 Keefley I'm doing my first in May - the Shakespeare - and am planning to use the cool running beginners plan coolrunning.com after seeing a few recomendations for it on here. I'm torn between just getting round or trying for a respectable (for me) time - aroung 4 hours would be good. I'm planning to do Chester later in the year too if the first one goes okay.

You'll be fine and dandy I'm sure - lots of looooong Sunday runs coming up! Loving the sound of this monopoly run - tell me more!
