First marathon EVER in April 2011

You're not messing about!

Your focus needs to be on recovery over the next 2 weeks, then you'll need a 2 week taper. I wouldn't take the long run beyond 18miles really, so perhaps 60 minutes, 120 min, 180 min, 120, 60 on each of the next Sundays.

Don't overstress yourself with speed work and, if in doubt, go easy by cutting miles and intensity rather than frequency of sessions.
