In Patagonia, Bruce Chatwin. It’s been years since I read that - memory working for once.

Have finished Reservoir 13 for the second time now.

2 non fictions on the go:

'It's a still June day on Knepp Castle Estate in West Sussex' (Wilding - Isabella Tree)
and

'I often hear myself and others saying: "There aren't any books telling you how to work with elite athletes.'' (How to Support a Champion - Steve Ingham)

Hard to say what the first line IS with non fiction sometimes what with introductions, prefaces, acknowledgements and quotes.

There was a scream, and then the loud roar of fire enveloping silken hangings, then a mounting crescendo of shouts of panic that spread from one tent to another as the flames ran too, leaping from one silk standard to another, running up guy ropes and bursting through muslin doors.
