Carry one of the little Bivvi bags too and a tiny head torch.

Before anyone asks no I don’t have the kitchen sink!! Just working on the principle you may come across some one that needs it even if you don’t.

antihistamine is a great addition. I hadn't thought to add that - thanks.

Not on my runs but when taking running breaks, I pack an eye basin & solution. Bug or dust always manage to find their way into my eyes and I'm not very good and getting them out.

I thought a thread might be useful to have a thread for any tips / lists for first aid kits for runners - either the type you have at home, take with you on holiday, or carry on the run as part of a minimum kit.



^ this is a small kit I got in a trail running bundle from Harrier. It's decent but I need to build up a few extras for the holiday runs.

What are your thoughts? Post a picture maybe?
