Firefox and Garmin Import

Before I uninstall etc I wondered if anyone else is finding that the Garmin import uses an incredible amount of RAM ( I mean 2 Gigabytes) and totally freezes the laptop for minutes. This is the behaviour with Firefox 13, IE9 just freaks out and won't do it and Chrome 20 says "No way". OS is Windows 7 64 Bit and I'm using the latest Garmin Communicator/Agent etc |

No problems on IE for me. Dont know about firefox, never tried. Also no probs on safari. Not really the answer to your question though. Sorry. |

I use FirstBeat Athlete and have the R-R data enabled . . . . oh . . . . goes thoughtful.

It generally takes longer the more old activities you've got stored on your computer. I periodically clear out the old ones into an archived folder, then the import goes nice and smoothly again.
