Plan to run it with my mate, Frobester. The lad you met at Bourne Woods last year. So something flat is preferred. I'm gonna do Rutland though. Also, Thursday is best for this weeks run...? |

Lincoln is nice and scenic but Amsterdam is fab. Good flat, fast course with stadium finish and some lovely scenery down the Amstel River. Great race. |

They will not be out yet deegee but it is a nice law key affair starting at the castle and following the steeple and spires trail to seafood. flat as you would expect but some tough terrain to run over. |
