You get 250 points for planting a flower and it's value is increased when you run over it. Since these scoring changes occurred do you still get 100 points for watering a flower? Is the only real financial benefit of flowers if they get picked?

Picking value starts at 1000 and goes up by the watering value every time they're watered. The planter and the picker get the value of the flower when they are picked.
