Other Garmins (210, 110, 305, 205 and a few others) use a USB cable to transfer. If you're having no trouble loading, I'm guessing you've got one of the USB cable watches but have also installed the ANT agent on your computer, but you don't actually need it. If you have one of the wireless ones, but no ANT stick, there's no way to get the data off...

Just a walk round our fields -today - rest day - looking forward to tomorrow.
