If a bug is inaccessible you can click on it and report it. This bug will then move - closer to your home - but hopefully no longer inaccessible. Only move bugs just before you intend to run to avoid getting larger penalties

I had to move a bug. It was quite close to me but in the middle of a private estate that has security cameras, electrified fences, laser-guided automatic machine guns, a mine field, a moat, and four dobermans trained to kill on sight. I wonder how the post man manages.
Had a mental image of doing a 007 silent night-time (black) parachute drop inside the perimeter fence with night-vision goggles and silent instant-acting exploding gas pellets to put the dogs to sleep, designed by Q. Scale the walls of the house, use a laser to cut through the window, pull out mobile phone with bluetooth enable and insert my dongle into the house laptop (with product-placement Apple logo) Start the download of the bug, watching the progress bar reaching 95, 96, 97% as someone with a gun is about to enter the room from the other side and discover me.
Tense!
But I just clicked on "Report Marker" and it moved itself.

Finally got out and moved a few bugs this morning - here's the beginnings of a new herd waiting to be squished at a later date...
