I have a shiny 610 so if I win I will donate it to the best wrestler. Obviously I will need to judge the wrestling. Make sure the mud is the right temperature etc etc.

I have a Garmin but my mum uses a pedometer and might like something fancier :)

I usually run before work but only upload when I get home in the evening. Today was one of those rare mornings where I uploaded before work and I got paid rent on two of the traffic lights I nabbed on the run - so if I hadn't it would have been me paying the rent as the other runner would have got them first :) Rather pleased with that!

I am giving up obsessive Fetchpointing for Lent. This means taking rest days when I need them rather than doing an 8 mile "recovery run", doing treadmill sessions when the weather is really bad or I want to do specific pace work, doing core strength work rather than sneaking out for a 45 lunchtime blast, choosing routes by their appropriateness for the session rather than coin density. Wish me luck!

I start today with a progressive tempo session on the treadmill.
