Just home from my night shift, had to switch on to see where my blue triangle is, even though it won't move before I get up later. A bit sore from yesterday's run so no running for me today but possibly going out on the bike later, even if it's just to move a bug or two

Doh, can't get to the triangle on my bike but it IS on a footpath across a ploughed field, walking the dog through the mud doesn't appeal to me today, and the new bug is smack bang in the middle of a different field with no paths. Maybe I'll do core today before Lillaicha shouts at me any more.

Heebie-I did 11 miles on Saturday getting no more than 1.5 miles from home. Good luck
Is it tomorrow we can try and claim the systems traffic lights? I don't need the extra points but I do need to be able to head north without running through a wall of them...

Seriously wondering whether to move my Fetchpoint home to work as I probably run 3x there and 1-2 @ home. But then I'll get coins n bugs in estates which I'm scared to run through. Think I'll leave it til after Christmas...

There may be safety issues about this although I can't really see that there would be because the information is already on the site but it would be great if when looking in the People section and the who's near you bit which lists all the fetchies within a certain radius (a marathon's distance) the ones who are playing fetchpoint appeared in a different colour or had an asterisk by their name. That way if you knew there would be some coins, garmin markers, bugs to deliver etc a slightly longer distance than you might normally go it would encourage longer running? Anyone else agree?

Didn't go to plan, got caught in a really heavy shower, blowing a gale & freezing so cut the run short. Managed to move a couple of bugs & pick up a few coins though. Trying to get warm now, brrrrrrrrrr!!!

Well it looks like this game might finally have got a hold on me. Went out last night to do some bug shifting, told the wife I would be less than an hour and expected to do 4-5 miles, 1hr 10mins and 7.1 miles later I arrive back home looking liked a drowned rat as even though I ran past the end of my road at 3 miles I carried on despite the wind and rain to make sure I cleared those pesky bugs out of my mile area!
Today is supposed to be a rest day and I'm supposed to be taking it easy anyway due to hip/knee trouble but I've just checked the map and for the first time I have a Garmin marker that is actually accessible. Very tempted to go out tonight and grab it although don't think the other half will be too impressed!
On a side note there does seem to be quite a difference in the amount of points per mile that is possible. I only got about 2000 for my run last night, living in a fairly rural area with no other players near by. I can't imagine getting some of the scores that have been reported by other players.

I checked my map when I got to work. The Garmin marker's north of my house again (I nearly always run South because that's the way to work). AND the stupid coin that I went out of my way to get, and ended up having to walk along a flooded path, was worth 5 bliddy points. I think I've cleared a few bugs though, but I'll have to wait and see when I upload tonight.
There are 2 blue triangle just outside my 3 mile circle, and within quarter of a mile of each other. Maybe I should run/walk the first half of my journey home, instead of catching the bus.
