I count of the flowers at the parkrun where the activity was shows 7 actual flowers planted on that day. (I didn't get any points for picking or stealing.) BrightStrider. Apparently whether watering occurs is based on the number of days since the flower was last wanted (or initially planted). For one day later, the chance is 1/7, for two days later, the chance is 2/7, etc., up until 7 days later, when it's guaranteed. I'd like a bit more certainty than that but random is what we have.
