I've not been able to run for 3 weeks after spraining my left ankle then falling off an obstacle course and clonking the same ankle. I managed a tentative 3ml run on Wed .. all was okay so I'll be able to take part in the Corsham 10k on Sunday. But I just looked at my account and I currently fourteen bugs (including two infected ones) and my score has dropped from a best-ever of 1501 to 780. Bugger! Hopefully I can get back on the case next week and start bug-squishing again.
