No rent free weekend. Just be the person who owns the lights Katie has snaffled some traffic lights on route 51, which is pretty much the running motorway around here. I am well jealous.

"Zero bug penalties and zero bug bonuses" - this can happen if someone is logging their training on the site automatically (i.e. through the automated Garmin import), but not visiting.
It's tempting to say that these people should be booted from the game - but my plan is to try pestering them to return, by pointing out things like how well they're doing in Fetchpoint etc Maybe longer term I'll look at suspending them from the game. Meanwhile, hoover up their flowers

I'm fairly newish to Fetchpoint and was still somewhat getting to grips with the old game and wasn't fully conversant yet with the rules. I've just logged a run which I had planned to squish as many bugs as possible, I checked the new overlay and it looked like I had managed to run past 6 Woo hoo! But, my account didn't show any squishes. I hadn't realised you have to run out of your home circle!
So a little question, do you run past a bug and then at some later point on the same run go outside your home circle for it to be squished?
Also I have seen that others have 'infected' a bug, what does this mean?
Sorry if answers to these have already been posted and I've missed it.

lol pikelet I plotted my route to squish bugs many times and thought there was a glitch - just to be told by other game players I had to go outside home circle
and looking out for the answers to your questions

Pikelet, as long as in one activity you pass over the bug and outside your circle it will be squished. The order does not matter.
If you pass over someone else's bug, or someone passes over your bug, it becomes infected and the penalty increases.

Aha! Thanks westmoors for clearing that up Not sure I can bear the same dreary run today around local council estates to clear the bugs again! Will take the penalties any try again another day

Fetch, when moving home point is it just bugs that move with you?

Question for Fetch: Is the 'date last watered' the date of the last physical visit, or the last scoring visit? If the latter, which date is used to decide whether a flower withers and dies, or whether it survives to be harvested?
With the new watering rules it may be possible to visit a flower with the intention of watering it so that it gets harvested, only to find that it dies before then

Pikelet - They'll disappear tonight as it all resets for September.
Sorry I can't remember, can we still buy traffic lights or only claim ones that randomly spawn?
