Im having trouble uploading since the weekend. Just freezes on uploading. Trying to upload 2 10 milers in Grasmere- anyone else had similar problems? It is freezing on uploading - Im not patient so I just leave it - it has been uploading for nearly 20 hours now! I have tried fire fox and now internet explorer all to know avail. I have tried just one route also no use. How do the 80 m cyclists upload their routes?

Mine regularly freezes. I just close the browser and re-upload. Sometimes it takes a few goes before it works.

I uploaded an 11 mile run yesterday without any problems so that's not the issue. Generally I find the freezing is during the 'processing' stage rather than the 'uploading' stage. It's probably worth sending his Fetchness some feedback.

Thanks Nick and Moleshome- I have tried repeatedly - but to no avail still stuck on Uploading now on IE for last hour has delayed my morning run shock horror! I will have to go now . I m only going to do 5 so I can test and just try and upload that. Have sent an Email to Lord Fetch but difficulty in ranking seriousness. To me world has crashed and i cant function without knowing my coin gathering and flower planting will be recorded . Yet in the grand scheme of things its not important. I ranked it second highest state of urgency. I guess if I go off my food I could repeat and raise it higher after a few days!

I don't think there's any point in waiting. Once it's stuck, it's stuck and it ain't gonna go!!! Just pull the plug as soon as it stops and try again!

If your device supports it you could try uploading via the .fit file upload rather than the Garmin Import.
