This is probably the only time of year I could reach that point, and I hope the farmer wasn't watching! The footpath across the maize filed is now extra-challenging because, even in this stunted growing season, much of the maize is taller than I am, and the path isn't well-delineated. Another ear-worm appeared "the corn is as high as an elephant's eye". Coin-hunting certainly gives me some interesting route-variations
