I occasionally have Fetchies passing through so like to own the traffic lights round here just in case

I n Scotland, most of these are fair game (maybe not so much the prisons); I understand though in Englandshire people shoot you if you run about their fields.

There's a walk around a resevoir which we do periodically, and according to my Garmin, I walk on water for much of the way. So, I did my first run since I registered this morning, and now I have some points!! My ability to plant flowers is limited at present, since most of my runs are around the 3 mile mark, and I prefer to go round than an out and back. But having said that, I'll no doubt be planting flowers when I run my 10K on Saturday, and of course there's parkrun...
