Maybe, the rate could be reduced additionally? i.e. only earning 10 points, reducing to 1 before requiring reactivation?

After being killed by bugs all this week, my regular routes from work will all be traffic light infested for the next week because I tend to do at least some of the abbey dash route when do I get to steal them from the person who put them there?
