But you haven’t been well, LG. See what happens next week.
I am learning to pay less attention to what the scales say, and notice the non-scale victories instead. On the weeks when I’ve lost only a smidge, there has usually been a loss of cms.

Great way to look at it GM

I'm off to my first weigh in an hour, the week wasn't great after I buggered my ankle again, no training, not so much movement and a high level of comfort munching.

Not the end of the world, it has served as a timely reminder to work on the emotional eating

Emotional eating is probably the crux of weight loss, for me at least. If I can crack that long term, then I think I'd be able to get to a healthy BMI and stay there. Unfortunately, it's a tricky beast to tame.

Emotional eating is a nightmare for me too and also breaking bad habits.

My weight hasn't changed over the last 6/8 weeks but at the moment I am enjoying being able to eat properly again. Am.put tonight for an Indian and then it's belt buckled time for a few weeks to see if csn shift anymore weight

Live from ww in a rural scottish village I bring you a 4lb loss!

Full disclosure I put my leggings on rather than the jeans but even allowing for that it's a loss and a good start :-)

Boozy afternoon tea with my old ' running pals' but other than that ready for a good week

Well done Tubbs :)

I *think* my trendline is still drfiting slightly downwards, it’s the non-exercise moving - like heavy gardening or housework that seems to help, as I don’t log/eat the cals from that.
