Non-runner
Four pounds on after a week in Malaga, worth it though! Five days of porridge and home made soup (one bowl of each allowed per day) coming up. It will be hard but it should work, hopefully!

That will soon come off if it went on that fast, N-r. 1.4kg off this week despite being away from home. I was staying with my sister so we ate healthily and encouraged each other to keep up 10k steps a day and resistance training 4 x a week. My BMI is under 30 for the first time since 2017 and mini-goal 1, which I initially set in December 2020, has finally been achieved |

I've made a big pot of soup for lunches for the next few days, from parsnips, apples, celeriac and leek. Hopefully it will fill me up to keep the snack attacks at bay!

Well done GM. I don’t think I’m holding out much hope for a loss this week. I have been eating cough sweets by the dozen and drinking syrup cough mixtures and also no exercise and generally eating what I fancy . This is not good.
