Wow got weighed this morning and 2lb down over the moon.

Given the amount of food I had at the retreat at the weekend I am surprised 😂 but a nice boost. Hope everyone is ok.

Running daily is bad for you! Up 6 lbs after two weeks of running every day! Hopefully it’s muscle haha x

There’s part of me that is saying I may as well stop running every day if it’s going to make my weight go up... but the other part of me is rationalising that at least I’m exercising and slowly progressing !!
