I may drop in and out a few times over the course of the day, though. I've got a hotel on the NEC campus, so I can go over and back at will. If nothing else, I'm going to make the most of a weekend away. If it does seem too busy, or too crowded, I'll just go back to the hotel, the tickets were free, so it's the hotel I've paid for anyway, so I won't mind having to spend extra time in the hotel instead.

Had a great time at the running show. Lots more people there than I expected. Had a chat with Lisa Jackson (author of ‘Your pace or mine’) …she’s lovely. Resisted buying more leggings, but ended up with a couple of t shirts, vest top, bag of mixed berries & seeds, some green tea sticks, 3 pairs of More Miles socks (3 for £5) and lots of leaflets!
